BuggyBillions Brand Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the BuggyBillions Brand Ambassador Program. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation as a Brand Ambassador for BuggyBillions Tech Academy. By applying to or participating in the program, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

1. Introduction

The BuggyBillions Brand Ambassador Program is designed to partner with individuals who are passionate about technology, education, digital growth, and community impact. Ambassadors are expected to represent the BuggyBillions brand professionally both online and offline.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for the BuggyBillions Brand Ambassador Program, applicants must:

  • Must be a student (200-300 level)
  • Own and actively use social media
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Passionate about tech and growth
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Maintain a positive and professional public image
  • Be willing to actively promote BuggyBillions programs, activities, and campaigns

*BuggyBillions reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its sole discretion.

3. Ambassador Role & Responsibilities

As a BuggyBillions Brand Ambassador, you agree to:

  • Promote BuggyBillions positively and professionally
  • Share official promotional materials on your social media platforms
  • Create engaging and authentic content related to BuggyBillions
  • Participate in campaigns, events, and promotional activities when required
  • Encourage prospective students and community members to engage with BuggyBillions
  • Maintain respectful communication with followers, students, and staff
  • Uphold the integrity and reputation of the BuggyBillions brand

Ambassadors must not make false claims, misleading promises, or unauthorized statements on behalf of BuggyBillions.

4. Brand Representation

Brand Ambassadors are expected to represent BuggyBillions in a manner that reflects professionalism, respect, and positivity. The following behaviors are prohibited:

  • Hate speech or discriminatory content
  • Harassment or abusive conduct
  • False advertising or misleading promotions
  • Impersonating BuggyBillions management or staff
  • Unauthorized modification of BuggyBillions logos, designs, or brand assets
  • Any activity capable of damaging the BuggyBillions reputation

*BuggyBillions reserves the right to request removal of any content deemed inappropriate or harmful to the brand.

5. Content Ownership & Usage Rights

Any content created or submitted by ambassadors for the purpose of promoting BuggyBillions may be reposted, shared, edited, published, or used by BuggyBillions for marketing and promotional purposes.

By participating in the program, ambassadors grant BuggyBillions a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use submitted content across digital and print platforms.

6. Ambassador Benefits

Eligible ambassadors may receive benefits including:

  • Referral commissions
  • Performance based rewards
  • Exclusive discounts
  • Access to mentorship and networking opportunities
  • Free branded merchandise
  • Social media recognition
  • Occasional hangouts with the team
  • Internship or collaboration opportunities
  • Early access to selected BuggyBillions programs or events

*Benefits may vary and are subject to change at the discretion of BuggyBillions. Participation in the program does not guarantee employment, sponsorship, scholarships, or fixed financial compensation.

7. Referral & Reward Policy

Where commissions or rewards apply:

  • Referrals must be genuine and verifiable
  • Rewards are only processed after successful payment confirmation from referred students or clients
  • Fake registrations, self referrals, fraudulent activities, or manipulated entries are strictly prohibited

*BuggyBillions reserves the right to investigate and validate all referrals before issuing rewards. Any fraudulent activity may result in immediate removal from the program.

8. Confidentiality

Ambassadors may gain access to non-public information, strategies, campaign materials, or internal communications. Such information must not be shared with unauthorized individuals or third parties without written permission from BuggyBillions.

9. Independent Relationship

Brand Ambassadors are independent participants and are not employees, legal representatives, agents, or partners of BuggyBillions. Ambassadors are not authorized to enter agreements, make official commitments, or speak legally on behalf of BuggyBillions.

10. Termination & Removal

After acceptance, partnership with the brand will run for 2 years which is subjected to renewal based on performance and commitment. BuggyBillions reserves the right to suspend or terminate an ambassador’s participation at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms and Conditions
  • Misconduct or unethical behavior
  • Inactivity or lack of participation
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Misrepresentation of the brand
  • Actions damaging to the BuggyBillions reputation

*Ambassadors may also voluntarily withdraw from the program at any time. Upon termination, ambassadors must immediately stop representing themselves as official BuggyBillions Brand Ambassadors.

11. Program Changes

BuggyBillions reserves the right to:

  • Modify the structure of the Brand Ambassador Program
  • Change reward systems or benefits
  • Update campaign requirements
  • Amend these Terms and Conditions
  • Suspend or discontinue the program at any time

*Updates may be communicated through official BuggyBillions communication channels.

12. Limitation of Liability

BuggyBillions shall not be held responsible for:

  • Personal losses or damages
  • Social media account issues
  • Third party disputes
  • Technical interruptions
  • Loss of profits or opportunities arising from participation in the program

*Participation in the program is voluntary and at the ambassador’s own discretion.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By applying for or participating in the BuggyBillions Brand Ambassador Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
